Thanks to the recession, most organizations have changed the way they hire, resisting permanent hiring, fearing commitments may be rescinded if the economy fails to cooperate.
Outsourcers, however, have continued to hire and build their organizations by moving into additional markets and making acquisitions. With a few minor dips, most of these nimble companies have successfully pushed through the recession, taking hits when their clients ask but making deals to get more work as budgets unfreeze.
