For me, it's about building partnerships and being a valuable sparring partner and sometimes even an external challenger. Our entire global structure, whether it's our experts, business units, or practices, revolves around the client and their unique needs. The client-centric value value is particularly reflected in our sales team, where the benefits are clear in our KPIs, such as revenue, partnerships, new business, and customer satisfaction. Over the past two decades of my professional career, I have learned to be customer-centric through hands-on experience on many customer projects. For me, this value isn't just a principle; it's a way of working that shapes every aspect of our interactions and our success."

"Responsibility is such a big word with so many meanings. Being responsible can mean that we own the expectations given to us by others and ourselves. Expectations can be things like doing our work and respecting others, but also having the courage to take chances, speak up when something needs to be said, and try new things instead of following aimlessly. The value responsible also means taking ownership of the change we want to see in the world. I have deeply imbibed this value in my day-to-day work.
