Road safety

For nearly a decade, Nagarro has been working to make roads safer and more convenient for everyone, particularly for pedestrians and cyclists. Our efforts have been instrumental in initiatives such as the Vision Zero Haryana project aimed at reducing road casualties. We, in partnership with other private groups and the government, also undertook the complete reconstruction of Sanath Road.

Neurodiversity

TestingPro, is a specialized training program established in 2016, where the brilliance of neurodivergent talents meets the ambition of visionary organizations. It is a program for neurodivergent individuals focusing on nurturing their skills as professional software testers, designed to foster innovation and inclusivity.

Million Kilometers Pledge

With the #MillionKilometersPledge, we've been prioritizing cycling and road safety and promoting healthier and more sustainable transportation options. Our goal is to hit one million kilometers, and every single kilometer counts.
