Michael Ziermair, Senior Consultant for Innovation, explains why Connected Worker 4.0 is all about device, data, and decision. He gives valuable tips on how to best equip a Connected Worker, and how to use technology for inspection and quality, field service management, and trainings & skill development. With three cool hands-on demos on augmented and assisted reality use cases with HoloLens 2, which encompass realtime video-audio, business process workflows and step-by-step instructions, he demonstrates that devices are a useful enabler for your workers to be more efficient. 

Michel Dorochevsky, CTO of Nagarro in Germany, points out that Connected Worker solutions are part of an ecosystem that spans across your entire value chain. He explains the concept of a Connected Worker, what distinguished the Connected Worker 4.0 from the “old-style” worker and introduces the top 30 use cases assigned to industries.

Michael Haider from Energie Burgenland shares project insights in implementing a Smart Glass solution for remote expert support and remote inspection of wind turbines. He not only talks about the significant productivity increase, but also about the pitfalls of starting such projects. He sums up with how he managed to overcome the challenges by driving innovation and change.
