Nagarro achieves Prime status in ESG Corporate Ratings by ISS ESG

December 06, 2024: Nagarro, a global leader in digital engineering, has been awarded Prime status by ISS ESG, a leading evaluator of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. This prestigious recognition is granted to companies that demonstrate ESG performance above the sector average, reaffirming Nagarro’s commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.

ISS ESG, the responsible investment arm of Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS), assesses sustainability performance using approximately 100 environmental, social, and governance-related indicators tailored to each sector from a broader pool of 700 standard and industry-specific criteria.

The Prime status holds significant value as it makes Nagarro shares qualify as a responsible investment. It underscores the impact of the effort invested in scope 3 coverage and reporting, supplier code of conduct and risk assessment, and embedding sustainability in our engineers’ digital learning curriculum. Our global sync with UNGC, SBTi, GRI (and now CSRD) as well as our continued engagement on topics such as renewable energy, employee well-being, and active disclosures is also yielding results.
