Nagarro acquires Infocore group to enhance Industry 4.0 offerings

February 23, 2023: Nagarro, a global leader in digital engineering, today announced that it was proceeding to acquire Infocore, a specialist in Industry 4.0 solutions, in order to better support key clients worldwide.

Infocore is a fast-growing group of approximately 100 people, which designs and implements industry-leading engineering and manufacturing software. It is especially expert in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions, where it leverages a partnership with Siemens Digital Industries Software. Infocore has operations mainly in Germany, the UAE and India.

The transaction enhances Nagarro’s Industry 4.0 offerings, especially in the automotive and manufacturing sector. Both companies’ clients can expect an enhanced selection of services across the digital supply chain, driving more agility, resilience, and value.
