Nagarro expands partnership with Arriva to power CrossCountry Trains’ digital retail platform

February 28, 2025: Nagarro, a global leader in digital engineering, is expanding its partnership with Arriva to deliver a cutting-edge digital retail platform for CrossCountry Trains in the UK. As the key engineering partner, Nagarro will play a central role in the engineering and implementation of Arriva UK Trains’ Arriva Customer Engine (ACE) platform. The platform powers digital ticketing and real-time service information for UK rail passengers. 

Arriva has recently secured a multi-year contract to provide ACE for CrossCountry, one of the UK’s leading long-distance train operators. This strengthens Arriva’s position in the UK rail sector, with Nagarro’s technology expertise underpinning the platform’s evolution. Already in use across Arriva’s Chiltern Railways, Grand Central Rail, and UK Bus businesses, ACE is set to offer CrossCountry passengers an improved digital experience, making ticketing and travel more seamless.  

Nagarro and Arriva have been working together since early 2020, scaling ACE to meet growing demand. This latest engagement builds on that collaboration, as Nagarro continues to enhance ACE’s capabilities to support wider adoption.
