Nagarro highlighted in World Economic Forum's DEI Lighthouses 2024 report for innovative neuro-inclusion program

New Delhi, January 12, 2024: Nagarro, a global digital engineering leader, was highlighted in The World Economic Forum's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Lighthouses 2024 report for its innovative neuro-inclusion program. The spotlight initiative, named TestingPro, is a highly personalized upskilling program aimed at creating a new talent pool of individuals on the autism spectrum, aligning with Nagarro's commitment to fostering workplace equity and contributing to the industry's inclusivity.

TestingPro was launched in partnership with Specialisterne in Austria in 2016, aiming to empower neurodivergent individuals by equipping them with skills in software testing and AI/data assistance, facilitating their integration into the global workforce. Nagarro expanded the program to India in 2023 through collaborations with local organizations, including Atypical Advantage, Action for Autism, and NASSCOM, and has successfully trained 87 neurodivergent individuals, achieving a placement rate of over 75%.
