Nagarro secures Bronze Employer recognition in India Workplace Equality Index 2023

November 28, 2023 – Nagarro, a global digital engineering leader, has achieved the esteemed Bronze Employer status in the India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) 2023. This acknowledgement is given to employers actively incorporating LGBT+ inclusion into their policies, hiring practices, and external communication, reflecting a strong and dedicated commitment to fostering LGBT+ inclusion.

Nagarro's inclusion as a Top Employer in 2023 underscores the company's demonstrated dedication to advancing equality for LGBT+ individuals. The IWEI Top Employers list, now in its fourth year, comprises 120 organizations that have showcased exceptional commitment to creating inclusive workplaces in India.

India Workplace Equality Index is a robust benchmarking tool employers utilize to promote inclusivity. This list reflects the collective effort of organizations striving for a more inclusive workplace. The IWEI witnessed consistent growth in participation, with submissions spanning 20 sectors, including Automobile, Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Infrastructure and Real Estate, Consulting, Consumer Healthcare, E-commerce, Financial Services and Insurance, Financial Technology, FMCG, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial Services, Information Technology, IT Services, Manufacturing and Production, Media, Professional Services, Retail, Semiconductor, Telecommunications, and more.
