The context
Mobile application solutions simplify and automate complex transactions for organizations. But building these applications requires substantial time, effort, and money, and one of these factors can defer the whole application development project. There are also concerns over these applications becoming obsolete with the emergence of a new technology platform.
To overcome these challenges, we used WhatsApp as the front-end application. We designed a scalable chat BOT solution that can be trained for any transactions (be it Oracle ERP or any system) through simple questions. Once the questionnaires are fed into the system, new features for the application can be ready within a few days. In contrast, a typical mobile application requires months to incorporate new features.
