In the pursuit of providing our colleagues the best onboarding to offboarding experience, we conceptualized an accelerator as an enhancement to the existing MS Dynamics 365 HRMS.
The accelerator comprises pre-built human resource processes that are ready for immediate implementation.

It is a comprehensive HR management platform that standardizes, automates, and expedites crucial HR processes, which is lacking in the standard MS Dynamics 365 system. It offers ready-to-implement location-based HR processes as per local policies. The accelerator seamlessly integrates with Azure Logic Apps to efficiently handle bulk onboarding and adapts to diverse HR setups across various locations. As a low-code platform, it requires minimal development effort and expertise.

Exit interview

Automates the resignation approval process by issuing notification emails to employees and HR. It shares an exit interview with the candidate and alerts HR upon completion.

Generate comprehensive and personalized offer letters to candidates. 

Onboarding process

Streamlines and automates the onboarding process via Logic Apps integration enabling onboarding of 400-500 candidates in 15-20 minutes.

Employee Deputation & Global Transfer

Facilitated temporary relocation of employees based on project needs and hassle-free movement of employees to any other Legal Entity permanently.

Rolls out an offboarding checklist five days before the last working day for outgoing employees. Automated offboarding after department-wise clearance needs.
