They wanted a strong digital presence and provide personalized user experience to increase their customer base. They needed to streamline their internal processes along industry standards, incorporate an efficient QA testing & automation strategy, improving overall application quality, acting agile throughout this process. Due to low client ratings, a quick release to the market was crucial. The manual testing process involved functional, API and visual testing and boundary value analysis check for over 1700 webpages across 22+ product and service categories defined along with their journey flows. Introducing test automation was highly necessary.

Nagarro together with the client defined a QA testing strategy and end-to-end procedures with a focus on timely, high-quality releases. Agile practices were successfully established for internal projects. Our A2A DRIVEN automation framework enabled full automation for writing test scripts, full test automation coverage for web and mobile related functional and API testing, ensured smooth integration with continuous integration tools and allowed parallel execution of test cases using Selenium Grid environments. Visual Testing solution helped manage frequent content changes on the pages with high traffic load. Continuous tracking and analysis of the quality metrics enabled preventive actions. Team also participated in testing end-to-end product and service journeys under varied multiple environments. Also, proposals were made to improve testing coverage in terms of performance and accessibility too.
