Model, geography, vehicle technology, sales strategy and other parameters influence the BMW Group`s digital offerings. These services need to be managed, updated, and monitored in a centralized fashion. The system required a complex analysis of millions of vehicles to understand the impact of new configurations. Additionally, the system needed to be integrated with multiple applications to provide a seamless user experience.

Nagarro transitioned into an existing application as an agile engineering partner. We enhanced an innovators & marketeers platform enabling them to independently create and update the digital offering. We further integrated with a simulator to provide users with the ability to analyze & forecast the impact of any change in the market or to customers by simulating the change against the production dataset. The application was designed with an intuitive UI, reliable infrastructure, maintainable code and a secure network. The AWS elastic compute capacity is leveraged to enable the heavy computing power required for the simulation.

An enriched UI that digitizes the end-to-end flow of creation and maintenance of digital services configurations has been created for the connected services landscape. The Simulation UI replaces the manual analysis process, eliminating errors and thereby improving time-to-market of the BMW Group´s digital services catalogue and customer satisfaction.
