Modernizing loan management system for affordable housing

CHFA’s mission of providing affordable housing to the citizens of Connecticut was impeded by an outdated 15-year-old loan and ledge management system. This system is comprised of seven modules that handle a range of business processes and pull data from multiple applications and databases.

CHFA joined forces with Nagarro to establish a single, streamlined loan and ledge platform, resulting in improved data governance, system agility, and automation of critical business processes. The new desktop application streamlined several existing modules, spread across different databases, into a unified platform. This consolidation reduced system complexity and enabled real-time tracking and monitoring of the loan process.
