Revolutionizing SAP landscape for Coop

Coop Norge SA's primary challenge was its technical infrastructure, which no longer met the requirements of its business operations. The SAP landscape and its more than 80 systems had to be migrated to a new, more modern, and scalable platform. In addition, it was important for the grocery retailer to find a reliable IT partner that could respond flexibly to their business-critical requirements and also enable a future transformation of the entire SAP retail platform.

In the initial transition phase, Nagarro delivered and set up the new infrastructure in Coop's own data centers After that, the SAP landscape and more than 80 systems were migrated to a brand new and fully scalable platform by the Nagarro team. The migration project was completed in less than 6 months, as planned, with absolute focus on quality and without disrupting the Norwegian retailer's business operations.

The ongoing operation and subsequent transformation of the entire SAP commerce platform will take place through a strong collaboration between the technical SAP experts from Coop and Nagarro. What's significant to both sides is a partnership of equals, and a shared responsibility towards Coop's employees and customers.
