The client was facing the challenge of effectively utilizing the large amount of data available from various sources, establishing relationships among them, and generating business reports to support their decision-making process. The existing manual process of generating reports needed to be replaced by a completely automated reporting framework which provides real-time actionable insights. 

 

The client sought to automate the data integration processes to get a unified customer view of business entities.  There was a need for an enterprise data management solution to eliminate data silos, and to manage and analyze the data efficiently to improve business outcomes.

Nagarro’s data engineering team helped build an Enterprise Data Platform based on a secure and scalable cloud Data Lakehouse solution, implemented on Azure and Databricks. The solution provided a centralized repository for structured & semi-structured data for various departments. A comprehensive reporting solution and a cloud Data Lakehouse were developed along with Data governance framework.  

 

The foundation for running advanced analytics were laid down which enabled our client to apply ML and AI algorithms and identify patterns to make data-driven informed decisions.
