Revamping a data platform to enable data sharing and unlock insights

The client wanted to populate the enterprise data platform with streamlined data accessible across the enterprise. It also aimed to rapidly deliver high-quality software and build automated data pipelines that are secure, reliable, and scalable. This required onboarding existing and new data sets onto the platform while ensuring speed and access to customers and users across the enterprise. It was a team augmentation exercise where the client wanted Nagarro to function as an extension of its team. 

Nagarro's solution led to a substantial decrease in daily manual monitoring activities through multiple process automations & improvements. The data ingestion process is faster, significantly more reliable, and efficient. Many data pipelines were developed and migrated; these pipelines are growing and becoming more scalable and consistent. The project ensured reduced consumption of virtual warehouses, lower data pipeline failures, and an uptick in consumer trust. As the project required constant upskilling and rotation of resources, Nagarro's agile values played a significant role in the project's success. 

The modernized platform is reliable and scalable.
