To mitigate the overall capital expenditure, the client sought advanced metrics and enhanced capabilities through an alternative product, prompting the design and implementation of multiple integration solutions. These solutions focused on transforming, managing, and monitoring data flows between critical business applications.

The adoption of Azure LogicApp was instrumental in implementing a low-code, no-code solution and significantly reducing the complexity of the existing setup. The Azure Function App further improved the efficiency by minimizing data operations and expediting executions, eliminating the need for multiple point-to-point integrations.

For enhanced monitoring and visibility, Nagarro used Azure monitoring services, including Log Analytics and Application Insights, to log transaction data and identify errors effectively. Additionally, Azure API Management played a crucial role in publishing, maintaining, and securing APIs, with integration features like rate limiting, analytics, caching, and authentication.

The successful implementation of the proposed solution resulted in reducing overall costs by 50%. Real-time monitoring and alert provisions have played a pivotal role in proactively addressing technical issues, preventing potential business disruptions. Moreover, the emphasis on reusability of artifacts has not only maximized operational efficiency but has also resulted in a substantially lesser maintenance overheads. This strategic focus on reusability aligns with our commitment to sustainable and cost-effective solutions. A notable achievement is the delivery of the solution with a "First Time Right" approach.
