Nagarro helped overcome the existing mentor-mentee challenges such as manual intervention and inadequate user guidance and helped modernize the existing mentoring platform. In line with the company’s vision, Nagarro significantly improved the matching of mentors and mentees and greatly reduced the associated manual effort. In addition, the user interface was simplified for mentors, mentees, and also administrators.
