Our client is a global leader in door lock security solutions, offering products and services across geographies. Each business unit/ geography has its specific operations, which is different from the other unit. The client wanted to standardize its customer service business processes and centralize customer data across ten business units.
As a technology partner, Nagarro interacted with multiple stakeholders to understand their short-term and long-term needs and consulted the clients on three major categories - business process consulting, strategic system design and implementation, rollouts, and extended support.
We conceptualized and implemented a Dynamics 365 solution to standardize processes for the client’s business across the different units. Our team also supported the client in migrating from the existing systems to the new system and integrating the different systems across business units.
