the challenge
A legacy case management system, EVERS, was responsible for managing these events, handling around 300,000 cases each year. eVital was one of the most critical, large, and complex initiatives undertaken by DOHMH with the vision to replace EVERS with a modern, integrated, mobile-friendly, and secure platform catering to over 10,000 internal and external users.

Working in collaboration with DOHMH staff, the implementation vendor, and external users, Nagarro helped DOHMH with readiness assessment; risk and issue management; test management and automation strategy; architecture, code, and documentation reviews; and test case execution, triaging, logging, and closure.
