The client is a multinational pharmaceutical company using innovative technology to develop high-quality and affordable medicines for various medical conditions.
There was an extensive study conducted by the client involving 1000 doctors that revealed the need to revamp their existing content platform and make it centralized and omnichannel to deliver reliable and personalized content to medical practitioners across platforms.
They sought a platform that would give the client's internal team better control over content curation and publishing. They also intended to offer relevant promotional offers to medical practitioners based on their engagement patterns on the platform.
Nagarro acted as a consulting and delivery partner for the project. We began the project with ideation and discovery workshops to identify the client's needs. After initial analysis, we proposed Sitecore as a solution as it allowed easy unification of content from different web sources and platforms.
By following the agile principles, we designed and developed a user-friendly platform that offers a seamless web and mobile experience and an engaging experience for medical practitioners.
