Nagarro consulted the client to determine the right migration strategy, operating model, and roadmap. Leveraging our Databricks migration expertise, we developed a comprehensive and tailored data migration solution which laid the foundation for running advanced analytics workloads and onboarding new data by migrating existing data platforms to the enterprise data lakehouse. This has enabled the client to streamline data management processes and reduce costs. 

The new migration strategy and operating model enabled the client to execute multiple advanced analytical AI and ML use cases, while using a single source of truth. The client witnessed significant improvement in their end-to-end data processing performance, resulting in real-time data for reports and visualization.
