DCAS partnered with Nagarro to implement a modern Real Estate Management System (REMS) built on the ARCHI-BUS platform. This end-to-end solution includes key functions such as Space Management, Lease and Cost Administration, Portfolio Management, Project and Document Management, and Payment Processing via NYC CityPay. REMS has revolutionized access to lease information by providing consolidated single-screen views of lease data through a user-friendly lease portfolio console.

The implementation of REMS significantly improved DCAS's visibility into its business processes, allowing it to track the status of each activity, and thereby enhance its strategic planning capabilities.
