This design enables seamless integration of new features and supports expansion into additional markets.
To ensure reliability and scalability, we implemented robust monitoring and maintenance processes, minimizing downtime and ensuring high performance across all markets. Additionally, we developed an AI and ML-powered solution to enable faster, proactive identification of after-sales needs. 
The solution enables efficient delivery of these insights through multiple channels, including in-car systems, mobile apps, email, and SMS, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
