The client wanted to develop an AI-based Personal Shopper - a chatbot plugin compatible with Shopify that is easy to install, user-friendly, seamless, and scalable. We helped the client explore the product's scope and developed a chatbot plugin, leveraging several next-gen technologies and integrated it with Shopify using Apis. The plugin enables small e-commerce players to onboard customers, extract inventory and customer data, and generate recommendations based on the context, leveraging ChatGPT and AI. The powerful Shopify tool syncs with various Shopify stores to collate inventory. It uses data-driven strategies to understand the customer's profile, buying history and preferences to personalize their shopping experience. Powered by Open AI, the recommendation engine processes customer queries and offers contextual recommendations aligned with available stock. We helped the customer build their pricing plan and product documentation. The product also offers customer insights for targeted social media ad campaigns and uses AI to target clients' interests with chat-based weekly ad campaigns.
