MICS partnered with Nagarro to set up a comprehensive website infrastructure management system. This included incident management, disaster recovery, and website troubleshooting and maintenance. Leveraging the capabilities of AWS hosting and the support of Refinery CMS, the website has an intuitive user interface that empowers users to effortlessly log in and retrieve information directly from the extensive MICS database. While MICS continues to influence policies across the globe with its world-class data, Nagarro supports the website infrastructure of MICS by taking responsibility for backup and disaster recovery, incident and change management, and prompt response to website bugs.

The comprehensive and secure management of the website has facilitated the expansion of MICS into different countries and established it as an open data source accessible to all.
