Higher profits, increased customer benefits, greater employee engagement, and improved collaboration – does it sound great? It is! All this is possible with Enterprise Agility. However, to reap these advantages, a change in the mindset beyond IT is required. With continuously emerging new technologies and market demands, traditional recipes for success are losing their validity. Fast adaptability and innovative minds are essential to emerge as a winner in today's ruthless competition. The path towards outwitting your competitors is paved with Enterprise Agility. In Track 6, Nagarrians will share their thoughts and experiences from very different perspectives:
Daniel Eder, Agile Coach, knows from his rich experience from various projects, that establishing a framework for agile thinking requires continuous investment in culture, strategy and tactics. He describes the traits of an agile enterprise and introduces the „Modern Agile“ movement, which addresses these new business users.
Thomas Riedl, Managing Director, talks about the strategic decision the management team took for Nagarro and its triggers. He explains why Enterprise Agility takes organizations onto a continuous journey to learn and adapt, and why exactly this unleashed potential leads to focus on the customer and the creation of awesome services.
Iris-Sabine Bergmann, Head of Human Resources, shares very personal and practical experiences of the agile transformation journey of the HR team. She talks about the challenges they faced, how they managed to establish a common mindset within the team and about the benefits they gained.
