ITSAC Contract Overview

Nagarro Inc. is an approved Department of Information Resources (DIR) Information Technology Staff Augmentation vendor. This DIR ITSAC contract (No. DIR-CPO-5484) permits us to provide temporary IT staffing services to Texas state agencies based on a negotiated rate within the "Not-to-Exceed" rates established by DIR. Texas agencies may choose from the list of approved vendors through a competitive solicitation or reaching out directly to the trusted vendor.

This contract vehicle benefits the organizations by eliminating the request-for-proposal (RFP) process and accelerating service delivery against immediate agency needs. According to the DIR Cooperative Contracts Program, contracts can be used by state and local governments, public education entities, other public entities in Texas, and public entities outside the state.
